These are fun sessions that you can do at home with very little / no equipment. Sessions are designed to challenge strength, balance, stability and coordination, all things you need to go fast off-road. You will be surprised how hard you can work in a small space on your living room floor. All abilities are very welcome, there will always be plenty of options, so you can choose the level that is right for you.
