Online Strength Training – Pre Season


4-week online course starting Tuesday 13th April

2 x 45-minute sessions per week

Tuesday @ 7.30am

Thursday @ 7.30am



Live online training delivered via zoom.

Online strength training specific to triathletes, mountain bikers, trail runners and anyone with a love for outdoor adventures.

These are fun sessions that you can do at home with very little / no equipment.  Sessions are designed to challenge strength, balance, stability and coordination, all things you need to go fast off-road. All abilities are very welcome, there will always be plenty of options, so you can choose the level that is right for you. You do not have to have taken part in previous strength sessions before, new-comers and beginners are all very welcome.

All sessions are recorded and available to download a few hours after the live session has finished so if you’re not able to make them all live, you will still be able to catch up.

Nicole runs brilliant sessions. They get you doing the mobility and strength work that you know you should be doing to get faster and keep away the injuries. Doing the sessions live via Zoom provides a ton of extra motivation that is often hard to find when you are alone with an app/YouTube. Nicole always provides alternatives for the more challenging movements and I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to get stronger/move better. – Paul H
